Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the M2 Planner service (the "Service"), available at m2planner.com, app.m2planner.com and in the M2 Planner mobile application for iOS and Android.
The Service enables the planning and management of home renovations, including: creating intelligent schedules, budget tracking, shopping lists, an AI assistant, generating a schedule based on a renovation diagnosis, creating moodboards and visualizations, browsing the knowledge base, and collaborating with architects and contractors. Architects additionally use tools for client management, the "Client Prospectus" surveys, a consultation calendar, and the M2 Planner Clipper browser extension.
2. Definitions
User - a natural person using the Service (a homeowner)
Architect - a professional using a subscription plan to manage client projects
Architect's client - a user invited by an architect to a shared project
Account - an individual user account in the Service
Subscription plan - a paid service that extends the functionality of the Service
3. Registration and account
Registration in the Service is free. A User may register using an email address and password, a Google account, or an Apple account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and not to share the account with third parties.
The account can be deleted at any time from the profile settings (in the web and mobile applications). After account deletion, the User's personal data is anonymized or deleted without undue delay. Some data may be retained longer where required by applicable law (e.g. billing documents and invoices) or where necessary to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Phone contact
By accepting the Terms and providing a phone number, the User acknowledges that the Service Provider may contact the User by phone on matters related to account support, service delivery, security, technical support and service quality improvement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Phone contact for marketing purposes is made only after the User has given a separate prior consent to such contact. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of actions taken before its withdrawal.
4. Plans and payments
4.1. Free plan
Every User receives free access to the core features of the Service: renovation schedule, budget control, shopping list, knowledge base, and the AI assistant limited to 40 messages. The free plan has no time limit.
4.2. Paid plan for Users
User Plan - 19.99 PLN/month or 199.99 PLN/year. Includes full access to renovation planning features: intelligent schedule, budget control, shopping lists, AI assistant, and knowledge base.
4.3. Paid plan for Architects
Architect Plan - 49.99 PLN/month or 499.99 PLN/year. Enables managing the projects of multiple clients (up to 10 clients), using schedule templates, "Client Prospectus" surveys, a consultation calendar, and professional collaboration and reporting.
4.4. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (and Stripe, Inc.). Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period. A User may cancel the subscription at any time - access to paid features is retained until the end of the paid period.
5. Rules for using the Service
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose, not to take actions that compromise security, not to post unlawful content, and to respect copyright.
6. AI assistant
The Service offers an AI assistant based on a language model. The assistant's responses are informational only and do not constitute professional construction, legal, or financial advice. The User uses AI advice at their own risk.
7. Intellectual property rights
All rights to the Service belong to the owner of the Service. Content posted by users (photos, project descriptions) remains the property of the users.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for renovation decisions made based on information from the Service, losses resulting from access interruptions, the quality of contractors' services, or the accuracy of the AI assistant's advice.
9. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to: kontakt@m2planner.com. We review them within 14 business days.
10. Changes to the Terms
We give 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
