GDPR Information Notice

This page explains how M2 Planner processes personal data in the website, web application and mobile application. It supplements the Privacy Policy, which describes providers, data categories and security rules in more detail.
1. Controller

2. Data we process
We process data needed to maintain your account and provide the service: name, e-mail address, profile data, renovation project data, schedules, budgets, shopping lists, survey answers, files uploaded to the application, billing data and technical data such as IP address, device type, system logs and session identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service and manage the account - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, and for security, analytics, product development, support and claims handling - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you give a separate consent, data may also be processed under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, for example for marketing communication.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with providers of hosting, databases, payments, e-mail, analytics, security, error monitoring, AI tools and customer support. Providers act under data processing agreements or other appropriate legal bases and receive only the data required to deliver their services.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
If a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply required safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.
6. Retention
We retain data for the period of account use and afterwards for the time required by law or justified by the protection of claims. Accounting and billing data is retained under tax law. Technical logs and analytics data are retained only as long as needed for security and service development.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Automated decisions and AI
M2 Planner uses AI features to support renovation planning and to generate suggestions, schedules or visualizations at the user's request. We do not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning users solely by automated means.
