This policy explains how M2 Planner uses cookies and similar technologies on m2planner.com, in the web application at app.m2planner.com and in related services. Cookies help us keep users signed in, remember settings, measure service quality and protect accounts.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in the browser. They may be first-party cookies set by M2 Planner or cookies set by providers whose tools are embedded in the service. We may also use browser storage, such as localStorage, when it is better suited for interface preferences.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the service to work correctly. They include cookies for login sessions, session refresh, the “keep me signed in” choice, form protection and technical security settings. Without them, logging in, keeping a stable session and using account features may not work.
3. Language preferences
We use our first-party cookie m2_locale to remember the user's language preference. The cookie stores only a language code: pl, en or uk. This lets the server render the page in the selected language immediately, without a visible switch after the application loads. Retention period: 12 months. Older versions of M2 Planner may have used the lang cookie or the i18nextLng entry in browser storage; on the next language change, we replace them with the m2_locale cookie.
4. Analytics and service quality
We may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, errors, performance and the general effectiveness of features. The data is used to improve the product, detect issues and understand which parts of the service need more work. We do not sell user data.
5. External providers
In some areas we use technical providers, for example for hosting, analytics, form protection or payments. Such a provider may set its own cookie if needed to deliver the service. Providers and data processing rules are described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
6. Managing cookies
